There have been small discussions about inactive members in the kin, and as the leader, I want to set it in stone for what will happen.
I promote members to kinsman/kinswoman after a few days, and they stay there until they are promoted to officer, if I choose to do so. If they are inactive for a month or more, I demote them to recruit.
That is as far as I am taking this. I will not kick members from the kin because of inactivity. I understand that many of them may not come back, but some of them will and then they can decide for themselves whether they want to go or stay. If they stay, then they can be promoted again in the future.
When I'm gone, this rule may change, but for now this is what it is.
Thank you for your understanding.
